• AI-generated content will be accurate or effective
• Use of the Service will result in successful dating outcomes
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ROSTER AI, INC., ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roster AI, Inc. and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in the app.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Our Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including dating apps and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services.

If you download our app from an app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and Roster AI, Inc., not with the app store
• The app store is not responsible for the app or its content
• The app store has no obligation to provide support or maintenance
• In case of any failure to conform to warranty, you may notify the app store for a refund
• The app store is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
